Sunshine Smoothie

This is my default smoothie. I typically have all ingredients on hand, it takes minimal time (imagine the mad dash scramble for something to have between meetings), and has a relatively low caloric payload.

Ingredients:

.25 Cup Orange Juice
1 cup ice/cold water/coconut water
1 tsp of Dragonfruit powder
1 cup frozen peaches, mango, strawberries, and pineapple mix*
.75 cup non fat greek yogurt

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes: I add the ingredients in order listed. It probably isn’t a huge deal but I like the liquids at the bottom to ensure that my Vitamin does not overheat and the blade rips through the ice immediately making it as smooth as possible in less time.
